What counts as a "user"?+
A user is any person who has an active profile in your SuperEngage account โ whether that's an employee using the recognition feed, a customer in your loyalty program, or a dealer in your channel incentive program.
Are rewards costs included in the pricing?+
The platform license (per-user fee) covers access to all SuperEngage features. Reward costs โ the actual voucher value, merchandise cost, or experience cost โ are separate and depend on your program design.
Can we switch between monthly and yearly billing?+
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to yearly billing at any time. The yearly plan saves approximately 40% compared to paying monthly.
